Penang BN highlights discrepancy over size of land given as payment for undersea tunnel technical studies

GEORGE TOWN: The Penang government has given contrasting figures over the size of two plots of land meant as payment to the developer for completing the technical studies of the three paired roads project, says the state Barisan Nasional.

Penang Barisan chairman Teng Chang Yeow (pic) said that Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng in a press conference in Komtar, had stated that the size of the two parcels in Bandar Tanjung Pinang, Tanjung Tokong was 3.67 acres (1.49ha).
