GEORGE TOWN: The High Court here has dismissed an application by Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng (pic) to set aside a defamation suit by Gerakan against him.
High Court Judge Datuk Rosilah Yop set aside the defendant's application to dismiss the suit, filed through Gerakan secretary-general Datuk Liang Teck Meng, with costs of RM2,500.
