Hall remains closed three years after completion

THE Hindu community in Slim River, Perak, wants to know why the multipurpose hall of the Sri Meenatchi Amman Temple is still closed to the public – three years after completion, Malaysia Nanban reported.

Efforts to build a community hall in the Bandar Baru area were initiated by local leaders. It also received support and financial aid from the local community, businessmen, elected representatives and the state and federal governments.
