PUTRAJAYA: The Federal Court has dismissed yet another attempt by DAP’s Datuk Zaid Ibrahim and former Batu Kawan Umno vice-head Datuk Seri Khairuddin Abu Hassan to revisit the case on the closure of investigations on a RM2.6bil donation to the Prime Minister.
The panel led by Court of Appeal president Justice Zulkefli Ahmad Makinudin (pic) dismissed the review application, ruling it did not fall within the principles and scope of Rule 137 of the Federal Court Rules 1995.
