KOTA BARU: A man was found dead at the bottom of the Kelantan River on Wednesday (Dec 13) after a security guard heard cries for help.
"I was taking a break nearby when I heard a man crying for help. I ran closer towards the river and found the victim waving his hands. He managed to keep his head above the water three times before disappearing," said 22-year-old Mohd Azrul Othman.
