PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal here has dismissed Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad's bid to disqualify two members of the Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) into Bank Negara's foreign exchange (forex) losses in the 1990s.
Justice Mohd Zawawi Salleh made the order on the grounds that there was no merit in the application for leave for a judicial review.
