KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has dismissed an appeal by the prosecution against the acquittal of two former directors of Silver Bird Group Bhd who were charged with 134 counts of cheating Malayan Banking Berhad of RM67.4mil.
Judicial Commissioner Mohamad Shariff Abu Samah made the order on grounds that there was no merit in the application.
