A-G's Report: Foreign workers with i-Kad still being arrested

PETALING JAYA: Foreign workers are still being arrested despite having their i-Kad with them, according to the Auditor-General's Report 2016 Series 2. 

The report which was released on Monday (Nov 27) said that the usage of the i-Kad as an identification document for foreign workers failed because the document was not recognised as an official identification document by enforcement authorities.
