KUALA LUMPUR: A fallen metal pipe caused a traffic congestion on the tunnel at the Cheras roundabout heading to Shamelin.
City traffic deputy chief Supt Ahmad Adnan said the metal pipe had fallen off a trailer while in transport and blocked the left lane of the tunnel road, leaving only a narrow gap for vehicles to pass.
