Hurray for long school holidays

GEORGE TOWN: Students jumped for joy as school bells rang at the end of the day to mark the start of the long year-end holidays.

At SJK (C) Union in Burmah Road, the pupils bid farewell to teachers and friends, with some expressing their excitement by throwing their bags into the air.
