GEORGE TOWN: A High Court staff member has been acquitted and discharged by a magistrate’s court here of misappropriating RM112 belonging to the Federal Court of Malaysia Chief Registrar’s Office.
Muhammed Eruan Yakob, 30, from Kota Baru, Kelantan, smiled when magistrate Mohamad Amin Shahul Hamid read out his decision at the end of the prosecution’s case yesterday.
