MELAKA: A manager of an agricultural organisation here has been arrested for alleged misappropriation of RM2.54mil under the Federal Government's fertiliser scheme for paddy farmers.
The 38-year-old was arrested by Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) officers at his office on Jalan Hang Tuah here at about 3pm on Monday (Nov 20).
