FLOOD-HIT Indian residents in Kulim, Kedah, are struggling to cope while waiting for the authorities to address the root causes, Malaysia Nanban reported.
About 20 Indian families in Kampung Paya Besar were badly affected by the knee-high floodwaters, with many homes filled with waste washed up from the drains.
