Zahid says will take note of Anwar's request for post-surgery treatment

PETALING JAYA: Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi (pic) says he will speak with the departments concerned for Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim to receive post-operation treatment for as long as required.

"I will negotiate with the Health Ministry and the Prisons Department for Anwar to receive post-operation treatment for as long as needed until he is fully healed," the Deputy Prime Minister told reporters after launching the Actyvate social innovation programme on Saturday (Nov 18), adding that he also took note of the family's request for post-operation visits.
