'Datuk Seri' in Rela assault case to be charged with drug offences on Monday

KUALA LUMPUR: The "Datuk Seri" who was charged with assaulting three Rela personnel is expected to face drug abuse charges on Monday.

Dang Wangi OCPD Asst Comm Shaharuddin Abdullah said Datuk Seri Liow Soon Hee (pic), 29, would be charged under Section 15 (i) of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 under which he could be fined not more than RM5,000 or serve a jail term of not more than two years if convicted.
