KOTA KINABALU: The High Court has dismissed Parti Warisan Sabah president Datuk Seri Shafie Apdal's (pic) challenge on the legality of his four-day remand order.
Judge Ismail Brahim dismissed the challenge and Shafie will be taken to a magistrate's court at 2pm for the remand order to be extended.
