Immigration Dept busts E-card forgery syndicate

PETALING JAYA: The Immigration Department crippled a syndicate producing fake E-Cards (enforcement cards) in Sabah following a raid at premises at Jalan Tuaran, Kota Kinabalu on Monday.

Immigration director-general Datuk Seri Mustafar Ali said 11 Malaysians and three Filipino nationals were arrested on suspicion of being members of the syndicate.
