KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has upheld the conviction and sentence of a businessman who used forged documents pertaining to his second wife’s resignation and transfer of shares in a company 11 years ago.
Judicial Commissioner Shariff Abu Samah upheld the 10-year jail sentence and rejected Datuk Zainulabidin Mat Akhir’s appeal and his application for a stay.
