Acquittal of Genneva Malaysia consultant upheld by High Court

KUALA LUMPUR: Genneva Malaysia Sdn Bhd consultant Datuk Joseph Kow Hock Beng remains a free man after a High Court here upheld his acquittal.

A Sessions Court had acquitted him of two counts of abetting Genneva Malaysia into accepting deposits from the public amounting to RM5.5bil five years ago.
