PETALING JAYA: PAS will likely wait until after the next general election before trying to present its Private Member’s Bill to amend the Syariah Courts (Criminal Jurisdiction) Act again in Parliament.
PAS Ulama chief Datuk Dr Mahfodz Mohamed (pic) said the party would likely delay bringing up the (RUU355) Bill to be debated in Parliament until it could gather more support.
