SEMPORNA: The ongoing probe into the siphoning of funds for rural poor projects is not a political witch-hunt but focussed on eradicating corruption, said Tan Sri Dzulkifli Ahmad.

"We are not investigating a political party. We are investigating any misuse or abuse of government funds meant to benefit the people," said the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Agency (MACC) chief commissioner, dismissing claims by Parti Warisan Sabah that the probe was politically-motivated.
