KUANTAN: The 10-year-old boy found tied and chained to a gas tank at his home in Indera Makhota had contacted his biological father several times to complain that he was being beaten by his stepfather.
The victim’s 36-year-old biological father, who declined to be named, said he had immediately contacted his ex-wife to confirm the matter.
