KUALA LUMPUR: The Court of Appeal has dismissed an appeal by The Great Alonioners Trading Corporation Bhd (Gatco) settlers over their legal dispute in relation to their land in Bahau.
They filed the appeal against the High Court's Oct 17 decision dismissing their claim on the grounds that they did not have the locus standi or legal standing to initiate the claim.
