Former JPJ deputy D-G told to enter defence over driving offence

PUTRAJAYA: The former Road Transport Department (JPJ) deputy director-general accused of illegally using the emergency lane has been told by a magistrate's court here to enter his defence.

Magistrate Muhammad Zaki Abd Kudos ruled on Thursday that the prosecution had successfully proven a prima facie case against Datuk Yusoff Ayob.
