BEIJING: Malaysia has called on China to help the Rohingya community in Myanmar’s Rakhine State, said Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.
Dr Ahmad Zahid, who met China’s Secretary of Central Political and Legal Affairs Commission Meng Jianzhu, said he hoped the country – which shared a border with Myanmar – would play a constructive role in resolving the crisis.
