Penang CM announces RM400 flood aid

GEORGE TOWN: The state government announced a RM400 payoff to those affected by the floods last week.

Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng (pic) said the money would be given on a "one-off" payment basis to families or individuals affected by the floods on Friday.
