PETALING JAYA: A video of a Malay Road Transport Department (JPJ) officer speaking in Mandarin to two Chinese nationals has impressed netizens.

Nur Syafiqah Azaman was seen explaining to two Chinese nationals the procedure for a car ownership transfer in a 1 minute 36 second video that has gone viral on social media.
