GEORGE TOWN: A High Court here has granted the application for an injunction by Consortium Zenith BUCG Sdn Bhd, the contractor of Penang undersea tunnel project, to stop a Parti Cinta Malaysia (PCM) leader from making statements on the project.
High Court Justice Datuk Rosilah Yop also allowed the company’s application to strike out PCM vice-president Datuk Huan Cheng Guan’s counter suit.
