ALOR SETAR: Cheow Joi Cheong is more than an official photographer for the late Sultan of Kedah Almarhum Tuanku Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah.
Since he took his first photograph of the Kedah royal family when he was 20, Cheow shared a bond with Tuanku Abdul Halim for more than 40 years.
