PETALING JAYA: The tourism sector contributed RM73.3bil to Malaysia's gross national income (GNI) last year, said Datuk Seri Nazri Aziz.
The Tourism and Culture Minister added that his ministry's efforts in propelling the Tourism National Key Economic Areas (NKEA) have delivered commendable results, with the ministry achieving 112% of its Key Performance Indicators (KPI) last year.
