Woman detained for verbally abusing cop

GEORGE TOWN: A woman was detained for verbally abusing a policeman who issued her a summons for a traffic offence.

The 33-year-old woman was stopped for using her handphone while driving her car on the road leading to the Penang International Airport at 10am Saturday.
