KUALA LUMPUR: Pandan MP Rafizi Ramli's bid to have his charge dropped involving a libellous statement against the Lembaga Tabung Haji took a different turn when he was accused for the second time in the case with an amended charge.
The PKR vice-president pleaded not guilty when the new charge was read out to him at the magistrate's court here on Tuesday.
