New guidelines to stem cyberbullying

SEREMBAN: Students who spread rumours and lies about their schoolmates, or share embarrassing photographs of others, will be hauled up and disciplined for cyberbullying under new Education Ministry guidelines on social media etiquette.

Mocking and name-calling are also considered cyberbullying under the regulations, which extend to cyberharassment and cyberstalking, and cover teachers as well.
