GEORGE TOWN: Another factory on the mainland has been blamed for allegedly causing air pollution — this time in Kampung Permatang To’ Suboh in Bukit Minyak, Bukit Mertajam.
Mechanic Ong Chin Giap, 43, said that since the screw-coating factory started in 2014, he had been suffering from a skin disease while his wife also had skin irritation.
