PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) said the High Court's decision to set aside the five-day remand order against Penang executive councillor Phee Booh Poh and two others had affected its investigations.
The commission said it "is not satisfied with the decision by Judicial Commissioner Datuk Abdul Wahab Mohamed, who rescinded the remand order issued by a magistrate’s court".
