KUALA LUMPUR: Rapid Bus Sdn Bhd has launched the Bus Captain Identity Card programme as an initiative to further boost public confidence in using Rapid's bus services.
Its chief executive officer, Mohd Azam Omar, said the identity card would display the bus captain's face and his name on the main doors of the bus, beginning Friday.
