KAJANG: Every month, a retiree donated RM100 from his pension to Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (Utar) until his death.
The man, a retired teacher, and countless other people, including hawkers and petty traders, had donated part of their earnings to help build Utar’s main campus in Kampar, Perak.
