SJKC Kheng Chee pupils get to show their patriotism, thanks to PTA

Starting young: SJKC Kheng Chee pupils raising their flags proudly along with the officials at the school canteen in Pusat Bandar Puchong.

PUCHONG: Muffled high-pitched giggles and excited chatter filled the air at SJKC Kheng Chee in Pusat Bandar Puchong last week as bowed heads and little fingers were kept busy assembling the Jalur Gemilang.

Thanks to the school’s Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) which sponsored 1,000 copies of The Star, all pupils now have their very own mini Jalur Gemilang to hoist in the coming days as they prepare to celebrate National Day.
