KOTA KINABALU: Sabah and Sarawak may seek a more equitable share of the tourism tax collected from foreigners visiting Malaysia.
State Tourism, Culture and Environment Minister Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun said both states had been carrying their own tourism promotions over the years.
