KUALA LUMPUR: A Malaysian woman and her eight-year-old son residing in Shanghai have been in distress since they were banned from travelling out of China in October 2015.
A Shanghai court had imposed the travel ban, renewable every three months until the son turns 18, on the request of Cheng Chau Yang’s former husband.
