GEORGE TOWN: The ‘Corruption Free Pledge’ signing ceremony by the Penang government slated for today has been postponed to Aug 4.
Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said the signing was deferred because Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission chief commissioner Datuk Dzulkifli Ahmad was overseas.
