A MAN in Tamil Nadu, India, with only high school education passed himself off as a doctor and ran a clinic for 36 years before the law finally caught up with him, Malaysia Nanban reported.
Authorities in the state have stepped up enforcement in recent months after numerous cases of fake doctors were reported.
