KUANTAN: Kompleks Teruntum, which was closed after a water tank burst on Sunday, has reopened.
However, shops on the side of the complex where the tank burst, as well as two entrances to the building, remained closed yesterday to facilitate clean-up work while awaiting the green light from the Fire and Rescue Department and Public Works Department.
