IPOH: A total of 14 young men aged between 15 and 20 have been nabbed because of a fighting incident over the weekend.
"They have been detained and will be investigated under Section 148 of the Penal Code," said Pengkalan Hulu OCPD Deputy Supt Raduan Mohamad, adding that eight of them are students.
