PETALING JAYA: MCA Youth chief Datuk Chong Sin Woon claimed DAP's Rasah MP Teo Kok Seong never intended to have a debate with him and was only out to seek publicity.
On July 11, Teo had sent a letter to Chong inviting him for the public debate, which the latter accepted.
