Penang relents over heritage house

GEORGE TOWN: The state government has agreed to transfer the 50, Love Lane heritage property to the Penang Chinese Clan Council for a nominal payment of RM1.

In announcing this yesterday, Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said it was on condition that the council complied with the legal requirements.
