Director charged with running illegal business

KUALA LUMPUR: A company director was charged in two separate courts with running an unlicensed investment service involving more than RM16mil and misappropriating funds.

Kok Chee Boon, 34, was charged in the Sessions Court with receiving RM16,209,600, despite not having a licence to provide financial services.
