No judicial review of EC's proposed redelineation in Melaka

PUTRAJAYA: There will be no judicial review of the Election Commission (EC)'s proposed redelineation in Melaka after the Court of Appeal ruled that the High Court had erred when allowing the challenge.  

The Court of Appeal on Tuesday reversed the High Court's decision against the EC, its chairman Datuk Seri Mohd Hashim Abdullah and EC secretary Datuk Abdul Ghani Salleh.
