SETIU: A labourer was charged in a magistrate’s court here with murdering his five-year-old stepson.
Rosmanan Abd Rahman, 38, is alleged to have killed Muhammad Hairil Amsyar Abdul Rahman at Felda Tenang, Pasir Akar, Besut at 3.30am on June 28.
