IPOH: A Perak Tengah District Council employee and his lover have been arrested and 1kg of ganja worth some RM100,000 seized from them.
Perak Tengah OCPD Supt Mohamad Zainal Abdullah said the 35-year-old suspect and his 34-year-old girlfriend were arrested in a car on Sunday night.
